On September 2, 2019, FC Barcelona and Las Palmas reached an agreement for the transfer of Pedri. But the Canarian player does not join the culé team until August 2020. Born in Tegueste, Tenerife, on November 25, 2002, the Canarian began his football career with the team from his hometown.

Later, he joined the Juventud Laguna. In 2018, he landed on the UD Las Palmas youth team from this Canarian club.
